Branding is one important way to make consumers know about your product and influence them to buy. Channels through which we make this branding plays a vital role, and this has evolved over a period of time.  In the early days, we came to know about the brand only through newspaper and radios but it took time to cover many consumers because not everyone used to read newspapers or hear radio during those times, most of them used to buy through word of mouth.
